CONTEXT
YouTube celebrated its 20th anniversary at the Opéra-Comique with Hopscotch Event, which brought in 17mars to oversee the audiovisual artistic direction of the event and produce content embodying innovation, energy, and diversity.
CHALLENGE
Create an immersive audiovisual experience punctuated by the diverse contributions of executives, creators, producers, and advertisers. Define a visual identity aligned with YouTube’s core brand principles.
SOLUTION
We built on gradient aesthetics, played with graphic close-ups, and used large-format typography to craft a setting that was both elegant and impactful. Our designs and edits highlighted the evening’s key moments: Justine Ryst’s speech, as well as presentations by Squeezie, Andie Ella, Hugo Travers, Paris Saint-Germain, LVMH, Banijay France, Mediawan, and Santa’s live performance. We also supported the agency on the brand’s engagement strategy, produced a video mapping on the façade of the Opéra-Comique, and created the welcome film.
